5575 Joined: 11/20/2003 Location: ND	Jan 9th,You can get tickets to get in at the door. And if you need to enter a deer you can usually find tickets from most folks around the Beulah area if you call around. Its probably the best contest in the state, very good time.

5575 Joined: 11/20/2003 Location: ND	And you don't have to have the largest deer to be a winner either. They give away a 7mm rifle for the 7th largest whitetail and muley "lucky 7". They give allot of prizes to the youth hunters and have drawings for the kids as well so bring the family. The city of Beulah does a great job putting this on and the Grand View is a really nice recently renovated big place to have it! I think they fed somewhere close to 500 folks steak and walleye dinners last year. Try and make it if you can, lots of places to stay the night as well. If the Lincoln sportsman's contest was any indication there should be some giants showing up here as well. Looked like it was a banner year in the eastern part of the state.
