Just recently bought a Martin and transfered my old sight and rest over (biscuit and truglo sight). The sight and nock are level but my sight is maxed all the way down. I'm going to order a Spot Hogg sight and was just wandering what people are using and liking for rests. All comments are welcome I'm leaning towards a QAD or NAP apache fall away

Mallard Marauders
Martin Exile
 70# 28" draw
 Whisker Biscuit
 Truglo Carbon sight
G5 Meta peep

Peep could be too low causing you to point the bow down. The Spot Hogg should give you more adjustability. I would try the new sight and rest before moving the peep.  Nocking point should be a little higher than the rest when the bow is not drawn (1/8"). Go with the QAD.

I have a QAD and a Ripcord.  I like them both.  QAD stays up when let down and Ripcord does not.  That is the only thing I do not like about the Ripcord.  The felt always peels off my QAD and that is the only bad thing I can say of that one.

I still see no reason to go away from my trusty whisker biscuit....

"When we step into the outdoors, we have the privilege of standing in the presence of God through the power and majesty of His creation. That makes hunting more than a sport or a hobby. It's a calling to something greater. And that transforms the places that we stand into something more than a cropfield or a pasture or a mountain. It makes that place Hallowed Ground."

I like my Opposition rest. Arrow can even be locked in and automatically goes back to free-fall when bow is drawn back. About as good as it gets. Broadheads hit exact same spot as field points right out of the gate... a nice change for this old timer.

Posting videos sure seems hit/miss for me... That video shows the rest in action in slow-mo.

Rigged up my new Hoyt CRX with the Trophy Ridge Revolution. Really like it! Easy to set up, easy to use. Arrow can't come out. Not crazy expensive. I highly recommend!

Rip cord falls down is more like it lol. I hated mine, whenever I had to let up down it came. Nice that the QAD knows the difference. The Ripcord is well built thou I'll give it that.

To tell yoi the truth, it really depends on the style of hunting you ae doing. Fall away rest are certainly more accurate. However, if you do any sort of spot and stalk scenario, I would stick with that whisker buiscit.
