Just go with taking a picture in a natural manner not trying to deceicve everyone into thinking that you caught a larger fish than you actually did. I would say the photo is spot on and realistic, I see no need to tuck the elbow behind the fish and try to deceive. just a sportsman's point of view I guess. cootkiller |

Re:Are there any pictures at all? Don't feel the need to self-promote myself. THe better fishermen out there, you will hardly ever hear or see them spouting off constantly and proclaiming how talented they are. Just doesn't happen.
I only have a problem with how self-promoting some of this crap has become. Then add the deliberate attempt at deception and it just makes it worse. If you want to see my photo gallery you need to become a friend and become invested in being a steward of the resource. Eat what you shoot and catch, and not call snow geese sky carp, and not practice wanton waste. Then, and only then will you enter my circle and have the privilege of viewing my photo gallery and maybe, just maybe be fortunate enough to join the cootkiller on a fishing or hunting expedition. :) cootkiller |

Most everything on here is for entertainment in between fishing trips. I try to not take anything too seriously because if you haven't noticed there is a lot of fun and games going on everyday on this site(and I like it that way). I have never called snow geese sky carp(I don't even hunt them anymore). I have released about 60 fish of various species in the last 10 days and kept 0. Who are you accusing of wanton waste? If I keep fish I eat them or trade them for some goodies only little old ladies can make(and they love the chance to have fresh fish). If you showed a little more sense of humor and less baseless accusations I might want to fish with you. "Diligence is the mother of good luck." |

Re:I wasnt accusing anyone, you assume too much or are feeling guilty. I was only outlining the guidelines one must achieve in order to be privy to my photo gallery, anything you read into that is all about you, and not about me.
I accused no one of anything. THis website IS all about entertainment and I do have a huge sense of humor. Number of problems solved by fishingbuddy--0 Number of problems caused by people taking stuff on fishing buudy out of context or not being able to take needling or taking themselves WAY too seriously-- uncountable. |

Re:And back to the matter at hand, I see this is a very natural looking, truthful representation of how a picture of a fish naturally should look in my opinion. No attempt at deceiving the veiwer, THAT is how I like to view fishing pictures.

Re: Thanks for the laugh fellas. I don't post pictures on here for the reasons above. You want to see what I catch, find me on FB and have at it. Taylor and I had a great day, once we got rid of the live bait, it was game on solid for a few hrs. We had a great time and Taylor landed himself a very beautiful walleye. Nice job bro.
