Forman roadkill buck?

i had recieved this pic in a text message all it said was" hit by forman at 1:oo in the after noon" one heck of a buck tried zooming in and it kind of looks like a gratis tag on in it but i am not sure what those roadkill permits look like? either way just curious about the story or any info it. its a heck of a buck!

Gratis are red. That looks orange and if my memory serves me correctly I think that is the color of the permits.

It's a tag given by authorities for road killed deer. My dad received one for a road killed buck.

It was hit by Rutland about 8:30 am. Pretty good 5 point and it is an orange tag for vehicle hits.
