Mandy's ND 2011 Spring Turkey

Video Description:
Called in this nice tom and he wouldn't come any farther so she took the shot. He has an 8 inch beard. My camera was on manual focus so I couldn't get it focused on the bird.

haha. Yeah she missed 1 with her bow on Saturday morning so she decided it was time for the shotty. She couldn't really make it out anymore after this weekend.

Just a couple pointers, try sitting behind the shooter to get the shot, and using a small tripod. That will make it easier for the cameraman and viewer...nice though

It happened fast. The tripod was laying behind me and we were trying to get into position so we were just sitting in the wide open.
