2008 Archery Whitetail

I took this 5x5 in early September. I used my Mathews DXT with Rocky Titanium broadheads and Gold Tip arrows for a clean pass-thru. It was lightly raining and began to pour shortly after I shot him. I always wear my Rivers West rain gear and it again kept me dry even as I field dressed the buck in the pouring rain. It was actually raining so hard I didn't have to rinse out the chest cavity of the deer.
This picture was taken the next day because the roads were too muddy to get to him that same evening.
