My son Trevor and I were fishing some bays on Lake Oahe this summer when I spotted the eagle on a tree. We slowly approached with the trolling motor to take photos. I want a photo of him flying so as he started what I thought was a take-off I shot a few frames. To my surprise it was not a take-off but a shoot-out. I've never seen anything like this.Glad I wasn't too close with my boat!
