forgot to say he was a 10x9 with some spots on the base is 8 inches thick

think ill keep the velvet on thought tuff about it but it just looks to cool with it on haha i shot a nice 5x5 around 145 last year wit it on i just like the look of it haha. thanks

Most often guys get all wrapped up in the score of the buck and forget why they started hunting to began with. I would have taken this buck, as it appears most on here would have done the same. Just as Langer did. You see for most of us bucks like this are a once in a life time trophy ( and it is in velvet. ) The hunt should be about the story not the score.
 
Deerdrok / Antlermeth – where are your trophies? Can you please post them and let us all tell you what we think. At this point I think it would only be fair.

Yeah i will when i get time i go to college  im sorry i just didnt get time to sit on here and tell the whole story yet . but i thank everyone else yes this is a buck of a life time and everyone has a chance to get one just have to work ur ass off like i did scouting for a month and a half after haying every day paid off for me. good luck to every one and thanks for all the guys that left positive remarks and not negative ones.
